Ryan Damico is a seasoned Fortune 500 product leader and startup founder/CEO with over a decade of experience building and scaling products, teams, and organizations. He co-founded and served as the CEO of Crocodoc, a venture-backed SaaS company, leading product development and go-to-market efforts, and growing the business to profitability. Following the company's acquisition by Box, Ryan continued to grow the team, product line and customer base.

Ryan went on to contribute to Wayfair as a Director of Product Management, leading a cross-functional team of talented PMs, engineers, designers, data scientists, and analysts. Together, they built out Wayfair’s customer-facing Search and Browse experiences generating an incremental annual revenue of XXXM.

Ryan is currently working as a Product Lead for B2B Payments at Stripe and previously led Meta Reality Labs at Meta as a Product Lead.

With his expertise in product management, product strategy, team building, user experience design, rapid prototyping, software development, and business development, Ryan has established himself in the B2C, B2B, eCommerce, SMB, and SaaS domains.
