Brian Patten is a seasoned professional in the land business. With family roots that extend four generations in the industry, Brian has accumulated extensive experience and expertise in buying and selling land. He started his career at the age of 19 in Tennessee and has since learned every aspect of the business. Brian has helped acquire over 50,000 acres of land and 1,500 individual lots during his tenure from 1999 to 2018. As the Co-Founder and CEO of AcreBin, Brian aims to use modern technology to share his family's proficiency in the industry across the United States.

Brian is a Vermont Academy alum and is a resident of Amelia Island with his wife, two children, and Mookie, their dog. His entrepreneurial DNA inspired him to partner in the formation of FreeHold Title, LLC, a Florida licensed title insurance and closing agency. The experience with FreeHold Title showed Brian a market inefficiency in the business, which gave birth to AcreBin's mission.
