Michael Nelkens is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with extensive experience in trading, asset management, hedge fund, and global financial environments. He has a strong background in managing staff, creating strategy and roadmaps, building global trading environments, and implementing various technologies such as AWS, Azure, OCI and SD-WAN, among others. Nelkens specializes in leading integrations of technology infrastructure for various M&A deals, and works closely with traders and senior management to support trading systems, market data and FIX infrastructures. He has an MS from Hofstra University and a BS from Stony Brook University. Currently serving as the Managing Director, Head of Technology Infrastructure and Cybersecurity at Castleton Commodities International, Nelkens is dedicated to providing innovative and secure technological solutions for his organization.
