Joe Rapoza is a highly seasoned experience design manager with years of expertise leading and overseeing teams of skilled UX designers. He studied Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at the University of Hawaii in Manoa, which gave him a deep understanding of language semantics that he applies in his design process. Joe has had the opportunity to work with big corporations in various positions throughout his career such as Wells Fargo, Public Library of Science, Monsoon Commerce, Stubhub, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Zatso.

As a member of Wells Fargo's team, Joe started as a web manager and progressed his way up to assistant vice president. His skills in leading teams to deliver exceptional user experiences made him highly sought after leading corporations such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. Joe has a unique talent in understanding user needs that allows him to develop highly intuitive and user-friendly software interfaces.
