Elaine Trần is a skilled and driven operations manager with a wealth of experience in data-driven experimentation, launch and expansion, people advocacy, leadership, and development. Aside from her work in the operations field, Elaine is also a non-profit co-founder dedicated to elevating representation in American ballet. With years of experience in startup environments (ranging from Seed to Series B in the B2B & D2C spaces), Elaine has developed key organizational processes for customer support, operations, and data tracking. In her role at Meero as Operations North & Latin America, Elaine led multiple product launches and expansions into new markets, working with internal stakeholders and clients ranging from UberEats to Corcoran to Postmates. Elaine is an Olympic weightlifter, and enjoys cooking Vietnamese dishes, dance, theatre, interior design, and daydreaming of having more dogs.
