Maura Garcia is an accomplished telecoms engineer and technical manager boasting extensive experience across Europe. After receiving her degree in Telecommunication Engineering with a specialization in Radio Communications from Universidad de Vigo, Maura went on to study for her Master's degree in "Directional Characterization of the Radio Channel" at Universidade de Aveiro before pursuing a Ph.D. in aeronautical engineering at ONERA The French Aerospace Lab.

Throughout her career, Maura has taken on a variety of roles, including Networks Authority and Specialist at Vodafone UK, Radio Innovation Manager for O2 (Telefónica UK), and Product Line Manager for CommScope in the UK and Russia. She currently serves as Technical Sales Manager for Gsertel, supporting market areas in Europe and Latin America.

Maura’s extensive knowledge of network design and planning is backed by years of industry experience, and she has built a reputation for pushing the boundaries from theory to practice. In addition to her technical expertise, Maura is also passionate about mentoring and collaborating with others, helping them to succeed in a collaborative environment.
