Emma Bones is an experienced and skilled Water Resources Engineer with a background in stormwater management, modeling, and design. She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology. Her expertise also includes floodplain modeling, mapping, and community outreach. She has strong technical skills in using software like ArcGIS, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and HEC-RAS (1D & 2D) to resolve complex challenges.
