Seth Goldman is a seasoned entrepreneur and advocate for sustainable food systems. He is the founder of Eat the Change, a social enterprise that empowers consumers to make dietary choices that align with their concerns around climate and health. Seth's first venture under the Eat the Change umbrella is PLNT Burger, a plant-based restaurant chain. Prior to this, Seth co-founded Honest Tea, a beverage company that he led to global scale. He also serves as the Chair of the Board of Beyond Meat, a company focused on creating plant-based meat alternatives that taste like real meat.

Seth is a Harvard College and Yale School of Management graduate and a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute. He has an extensive background in sales and marketing, having previously worked for Calvert Investments and serving as the Deputy Press Secretary for Senator Lloyd Bentsen. He has also co-founded and served on the boards of various sustainable businesses and organizations.
