Paul Carter is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience working in the Customer Management sector. With vast experience in Contact Centers, he has worked in several positions, including Advisor, Team Manager, and Operational Manager. He has, over the years, grown a network of Senior Customer Management Professionals and founded and grown the CMR brand. Paul has sat in the judging panel for the European Contact Centre & Customer Services Awards since 2018 and has chaired multiple UK & International CX Awards. Paul holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Leeds, and he has studied at Wycliffe College, Gloucestershire.
Paul's goal is to make CMR the most successful talent solutions business in the customer management sector. He has also worked as a Senior Consultant at PSD Group, Call Centre Manager at Card Protection Plan, Director at Resonate, and is currently the People Solutions Director at Humanotics.
