Aaron Suh is an accomplished M&A partner at Morgan Lewis, where he excels in advising clients on complex M&A transactions, investments, and corporate governance issues.

With a diverse educational background, Aaron holds a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and BBA and BA degrees from the University of Michigan. He also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as Pleasant Valley High School.

Prior to his role at Morgan Lewis, Aaron gained valuable experience at esteemed organizations including Dechert LLP, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, Eimer Stahl LLP, Deloitte, and Target Corp.
