Michael Aidala is a highly regarded health and wellness expert with an impressive background in fitness development, personal coaching, and yoga instruction. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, he has been featured in numerous publications, including Men's Health, GQ, and Well+Good. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Fitness Development from SUNY College at Cortland and has worked with organizations such as Wanderlust Holdings, LLC, Crossfit Solace, and Next Level Speed. Aidala's extensive experience includes working as a Performance Specialist Intern at Athletes' Performance, a Strength and Conditioning Intern at the New York Jets, and a Fitness Instructor/Supervisor at SUNY Cortland.
