Bryant has developed key relationships that establish critical levels of collaboration between all government and non-government partners.

Bryant is also a visionary leader in the cleaning and disaster restoration industry in Southeast Idaho. His firm knowledge in executive business management provides him with sound judgment and passion to make a difference. He has successfully managed multiple restoration projects and department management with up to 20 employees/contractors. He has also managed a 248% growth in 8 years while maintaining a competitive edge. Additionally, he has created and managed solid customer relationships with over 650 customer accounts and excellent communication and development skills that motivate team members.

Bryant attended the University of Phoenix and Walden University where he studied Bachelor of Science Business Management, Master's Degree Emergency Management, Associate of Arts Foundations of Business, and Doctorate of Public Administration concentration Homeland Security Policy and Coordination.
