Raine Lunke is a highly experienced talent acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience in corporate executive leadership, HR, sales, and technical staffing teams. She is a passionate recruiter, well-versed in building teams, programs, and driving operational efficiencies to support recruitment strategies. In 2012, Raine left her corporate recruiting role to undertake a personal challenge of learning and working in the staffing industry. She built a successful recruiting team, defined goals and metrics, improved processes, and introduced new sourcing methodologies, which increased the consulting workforce by 200% and doubled company revenue.
As a result, Raine has a wealth of experience in HR, recruiting, and talent acquisition, combined with an external focus on helping organizations, hiring managers and recruiters define, implement and execute unique strategies, initiatives, and process improvements. Raine has experience working for Fortune 500 organizations as well as small privately held companies in the software, wireless, financial, manufacturing, and consulting industry. She is a member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) and holds certification as a PHR & SHRM-CP.
Raine has founded R2R Strategic Recruiting and is now working as a Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Consultant and is poised to bring her wealth of recruitment experience to bear on helping organizations source for top talent. She is also a true competitor and team player, a lover of Co-ed Softball, and golf and occasionally demonstrates her cheerleading skills from a past life. Finally, she is a Seahawks fan; having previously lived in Seattle for 10 years before relocating to Vancouver, WA.
