Meaghan Praznik is an accomplished Public Relations (PR) professional with over 11 years of expertise in health and wellness, sports, lifestyle, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and technology industries. Currently, Praznik is the Head of Communications & Partnerships at AllTrails, where she uses her passion for storytelling and influencer and media relations to execute product launches, campaigns, event planning, and brand partnerships. She is a graduate of Gonzaga University, where she studied public relations and received a BA in the same.

Praznik has had an outstanding career, with some of her notable achievements being completing 13 IRONMAN races, two IRONMAN World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, and two IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships. She was the overall female amateur winner at the 2019 IRONMAN Cozumel and the female champion at the 2017 IRONMAN Superfrog. She also clinched the fourth position overall in the 2017 IRONMAN Los Cabos.

Her extensive PR career started with an internship at Burson-Marsteller, where she advanced to Client Staff Assistant, Client Executive, and finally, an Associate. She has also served as a Public Relations Campaign Coordinator at the Children's Miracle Network, Public Relations Intern at Massey Communications, and Lifeguard at Gonzaga University and Rollins College.

Praznik's strong communication skills and expertise in brand storytelling make her an invaluable asset in the PR industry. She is a creative problem-solver who excels at fostering influencer and media relations while executing successful product launches, campaigns, message development, and media trainings.
