Kim Adams is a renowned creative innovation leader with a diverse background spanning over 25 years in the film and XR/investment sectors. She is specialized in leading teams to develop new and innovative projects and is a co-founder of Adventure Lab. She has worked in different capacities as a producer, executive producer, and head of production at Facebook, Oculus Story Studio, and Pixar Animation Studios, among others. Her experience has given her a unique approach to providing strategic and operational oversight for growth and day-to-day project needs, and she is highly knowledgeable in content curation, XR, budget management, staffing, and teamwork.
