Baz Banai is a highly-educated lawyer and physiotherapist with experience in M&A, private equity, and corporate governance. He completed his Juris Doctor degree from Monash University and his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The Australian National University. Additionally, he pursued a program in Copyright: US and International Copyright Law and Theory from Harvard Law School. Baz also has a diverse background in healthcare and physiotherapy. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Physiotherapy degrees from La Trobe University.

Baz has worked with some of the most prestigious law firms in the industry, including Allens and Linklaters, as a Legal Advisor and Associate. He has also held roles as a Senior Paralegal at Allens and had the opportunity to work as a Legal Secondee at Nissan Motor Corporation. He is a former Founder & Director of One Health Physiotherapy Group, which demonstrates his entrepreneurial spirit.
