David Goodwin is a well-rounded non-profit professional with over a decade of experience in fundraising, program development, and organizational leadership. He is a passionate individual who is dedicated to addressing the needs of communities. Mr. Goodwin pursued his education from Samford University where he studied Marketing and Management for his Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to that, he attended Ramsay High School.

Over the years, David Goodwin has held several positions in multiple non-profit organizations. Some of his notable roles include Regional Philanthropy Officer, Loaned Executive, and Chief Operating Officer at the American Red Cross serving Alabama. Additionally, he served as an Executive Director at Pay It Forward Foundation, Consultant at Hope Manifest, Director of Alumni Programs at Samford University, and Coordinator of Volunteer Programs at Habitat for Humanity Greater Birmingham. Before he transitioned to non-profit work, he worked as a server-trainer at Romano's Macaroni Grill and Youth & Teen Program Coordinator at Birmingham YMCA.
