Jason Seagle is a versatile and experienced solutions-oriented development specialist with a proven track record of managing multi-sector programs across various operating environments. He has field experience in Latin America and Africa, with a particular focus on food security and livelihoods, emergency response, cooperative consolidation, ISO certifications, and entrepreneurial development. Jason is passionate about understanding the coping strategies of marginalized households with limited resources and developing locally appropriate programs to support them.

Jason is the co-founder and CEO of Vayando, a company focused on providing authentic and immersive travel experiences that support local entrepreneurs in developing countries. He has also worked as an area manager at CARE International; a livelihoods program coordinator at GOAL South Sudan; an educational specialist at the International School of Stuttgart; and a food security and livelihoods program manager at ACF International. Jason is a former agroforestry extensionist for the Peace Corps and a lead worker at AW.A.R.E. He has also worked as a crew leader for the Canyon Country Youth Corps and a backcountry instructor for Aspen Youth Alternatives.

Jason holds a BA in Social Anthropology and an MSc in International Conservation and Development from the University of Montana. He has expertise in youth development, multi-media communications, and program management, making him a well-rounded professional with a variety of skills and interests.
