My Resourcing role at Vector encompasses:
•	Screening contractors and matching them to suitable roles.
•	Sourcing job applicants from an in-house database and exploring employment opportunities.
•	Contacting contractors to arrange interviews via telephone and email.
•	Establishing contacts and developing relationships, helping to build the client database.
•	Negotiating pay rates and benefits with contractors.
•	Responding to general consultancy enquiries.
•	Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews.
•	Data administration and paperwork.
