Gary Neidig is a seasoned executive in the advanced manufacturing industry with over 40 years of experience. Currently, he is the President and CEO of ITAMCO – a multi-faceted company, specializing in precision gear machining and manufactured components. Gary's background includes multiple roles in customer service, engineering, and executive management positions. He was also responsible for overseeing ITAMCO's technology development with a focus on Advanced Manufacturing.

Gary's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Bob Jones University where he majored in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science. He is an active coder, and he has written Engineering and Business System applications. Gary is a polyglot with expertise in IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), computer programming, database design and administration, motion control electronics, scalable network topologies, and implementations. He is also musically inclined and enjoys writing and performing music in his leisure time.

Gary is passionate about learning and has served on numerous charitable and technical board/committees, including the Boys and Girls’ Club of Marshall County, Startup SouthBend-Elkhart Entrepreneurship Board, Grace Baptist Church and School - Board member, among others. Moreover, he is currently on the Executive Board of MxD, DMDII (Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute), Advisory Board of LIFT Network, and SMM advisor for Indiana Technical Interchange.
