Samara Sheff is a passionate graduate student who strives to make a difference in the world through political action and public service. With her degree in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University and her Bachelor's in Psychology from The University of Alabama, she is well-equipped to handle research and writing tasks in her professional life. Samara has served as Press Secretary at the Office of Congresswoman Gwen Moore at the U.S. House of Representatives and has been a Press/Staff Assistant for Congresswoman DelBene and Press Assistant for Congresswoman Alma Adams. Additionally, she worked as a paid intern with Congressman Adam Smith and a legislative intern with Congressman Alcee Hastings. Prior to her Capitol Hill experience, Samara was a Service Ambassador at Target, an Intern at Array Magazine, an Informal Support Staff at University of Alabama Recreation, a Research Assistant at University of Alabama Recreation, and a Research Assistant at Alabama Research Institute on Aging.
