Todd Kierman is a seasoned technology professional with over thirteen years of experience in the talent management industry. He currently serves as Associate Director of Technology Partnerships at Cornerstone OnDemand, where he manages strategic technology partnerships in support of the company's global alliances strategy. Todd previously managed Cornerstone's ISV partner ecosystem and played a key role in growing the marketplace. He has extensive experience managing partners, developing go-to-market channels, and delivering customer-focused solutions. Todd studied Economics and Political Science at UC San Diego and completed a study abroad program at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He began his career as an IT Support Specialist at San Diego Supercomputer Center before transitioning to the private sector, holding roles as a Sr. Process Engineer at AT&T Corporation, Technology Consultant at Gehry Technologies, and Technical Project Manager & Solutions Architect at Cornerstone OnDemand.
