Eric Solomonson has spent over 8 years working at the nexus of business and agriculture to make food systems more equitable and sustainable. With a BA in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University, he has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, developing sales and research strategies, and negotiating commercial solar installation deals. Eric has held positions such as Product Development Staff Program Manager at Plenty, Program Director, Impact Division at One Acre Fund, and Managing Director, re:char Kenya at re:char. Eric has also served as the Awareness Committee Chair at Microfinance Alliance of ACCION Chicago, where he was a founding member.
