Jennifer Nedbalsky-Neal is an experienced manager who has dedicated her career to supporting artists and using the arts for social change. She has a diverse background in video art, political science, fashion design, and illustration, graduating Cum Laude from Syracuse University. Over the years, Jennifer has held various roles in organizations such as the Human Rights Watch Film Festival, where she currently serves as Deputy Director. She has also worked as a fiber artist, director of audience engagement, event design coordinator, development director, co-founder and organizer, and program manager. Jennifer's strengths include fostering clear communication, attention to detail, increasing community engagement, and utilizing data to evaluate the impact of the programs she manages. In her free time, she is an avid DIY enthusiast who sews, knits, weaves, cooks, paints, gardens, builds lighting fixtures, decorates weddings, hosts DIY trainings, and volunteers.
