Gretchen Sofo is a highly successful HR and operations leader who has worked for numerous organizations throughout her career. She has spent time at Blameless, Naehas, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, among others. Sofo is a Vanderbilt University alumna and has both a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

During her time at HP, Sofo worked on technology and operations transformation, as well as employee engagement. She also completed the company's HR Management Associate Program. Later, she became the Global Talent Program Manager for Executive Onboarding, a role in which she helped new leaders transition into their positions at the company. She eventually served as Senior Director and Head of HR at Naehas, and currently holds the position of Head of HR and Operations at Blameless.

Before her career in HR and operations, Sofo was a Teach For America corps member and taught high school math. She is passionate about using her skills and expertise to make a difference in the world.
