Leading a global cross-functional team of 50 fte responsible for deploying and maintaining risk-based security technology systems and innovation projects to enable Shell businesses and assets to operate securely in various threat environments. As a security SME responsible for providing expert security support to business projects and responsible for developing & implementing global security policies & guidelines and provide training to Corporate Security staff.

Accountable for security and crisis management within the company with operation in both The Netherlands and Germany. This included conducting risk assessments, security project management, crisis management training, incident response, fraud & integrity investigations and the development of the security- and crisis management documents. All activities were focused on the protection of TenneT's European critical infrastructure, processes, personnel and reputation.

Consultant in the Crisis & Security Consulting department of Control Risks Benelux. Responsible for advising Control Risks’ clients on both security and crisis management operating in low, medium and high threat environments.
