Rich Berlin is an expert in auxiliary and enterprise operations, with vast experience in self-operated and outsourced management. He has worked in several prestigious universities, including MIT, Cornell, Duke, and The University of the South, where he excelled in developing and implementing strategic plans for operations and capital projects. Berlin has a background in finance and culinary arts, which he applies to his specialties, including university auxiliary operations, P&L and capital asset management, human resources planning, and IT strategic planning. His expertise also includes business assessment, operational audit, financial analysis and reporting, facility design and capital project management, budget development, RFP preparation and process management, contract negotiations and compliance, and client relationship management. Berlin is currently the Associate Vice Chancellor of Campus Enterprises at North Carolina State University.
