Moritz von Grotthuss is a multifaceted professional with a wide range of experiences and skills. He started his career as a lawyer at Clifford Chance and later worked for Allianz as Legal Counsel in HR-Sales. He then transitioned to the telecommunications industry, working for Ericsson as Head of KAM and later Head of the Legal Department. After Ericsson, Moritz shifted his focus to startups, co-founding several companies such as NatMedics, PVA-MV AG, Genlytics (i.G.), and Immungenetics AG, where he served as CEO for all. He also worked as the Managing Director for gestigon, which later became a Valeo brand. His expertise in startups and technologies led him to Valeo, where he worked on startups and technologies as well. In 2018, Moritz founded Bareways, where he currently serves as the Managing Director, CEO, and Founder.
Aside from his work, Moritz has a passion for politics, capybaras, family, hunting, and trees. He frequently tweets about these subjects, mostly in German, and occasionally in English. Born in Germany, Moritz had an impressive background as he became the CEO of multiple companies, managing director for many, and had experiences as a lawyer and head of a legal department.
