Marc Charette is a professional with an extensive background in digital marketing and online reputation building. He is a Google Trusted Photographer and works with businesses to optimize their Google Business Profile, helping them get found on Google and other online directories. His expertise includes creating 360° virtual tours of local businesses, providing team members headshots, commercial photography, product photography, and custom virtual tours adding Google Analytics, and VR headset compatibility.
Charette also works on cleaning up old, incorrect, duplicate and missing online directory listings such as Facebook Business Listing, Yellow Pages, Apple Maps, and Bing Maps. He assists businesses with showcasing their online reviews on their website and social media feeds, simplifying the process of responding to reviews, and reporting back how they are doing in terms of their NPS (Net Promoter Score).
