Juan Cazorla

Juan Cazorla is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background in financial services and corporate finance.

His expertise includes team building, leadership, business strategy development, execution, complex business and legal negotiations, capital structure optimization, and risk management.

Cazorla holds a BSBA from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MBA from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and has completed the Strategic Financial Leadership Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director & Group Head of the Transportation & Logistics Group at Regions Bank. Previously, he held positions such as Managing Director in the Corporate Banking Group at Regions Bank, Vice President of Finance at Allens, Inc., Principal at Bank of America, and Vice President at Bank of America and Nations Bank. He also served as an Analyst to Vice President at Boatmens Bank.
