Rebecca Ann Dowty is a prolific screenwriter with a passion for community service and fund development. She is the founder of Tipsy Hiccup Productions, LLC, where she produces high concept features and television shows. With a Masters Certificate in Screenwriting, and an Associate of Arts Degree in Writing from Fresno City College, Rebecca has honed her skills to become a masterful storyteller. Her love for social media has made her an expert in branding and developing networks, and she regularly posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. She is also an alumni of various Screenwriting U courses including Master Screenwriter, Binge-worthy TV Bootcamp, and ProSeries 60 Screenwriter. In addition to her busy writing schedule, she supports multiple 501(c)(3) organizations by writing grants, fundraising, and producing community service events.
