Eric Wu is a seasoned Strategy and Operations Management professional with a passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice, and a focus on bridging the corporate and non-profit/philanthropic gap. He recently went back to school to earn a holistic graduate education in human capital, which involved understanding and practicing the intersections of Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Design, Knowledge Management and Sharing, and Organizational Change Management. After having worked in Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Leadership & Talent Development roles, he is presently a Leadership & Talent Development Specialist at Northwestern University. Eric is a highly creative problem solver, communicator and collaborator with the ability to develop strong relationships; his broad range of skills includes strategic planning, organizational design, change management, business process transformation, and talent development. He is an active volunteer in the non-profit community and values integrity, diversity and inclusion, community involvement, and social impact/social justice for organizations that he is a part of and works with. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
