Bob Cox is an accomplished operations, sales, and technology leader in the healthcare industry with a wealth of experience in healthcare IT, healthcare services, managed care, and clinical research. With a passion for leading major business change initiatives, developing service programs, and transforming organizations to deliver high business value and profitability, he has held numerous executive-level roles, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and various senior manager/director leadership positions.

Bob’s expertise includes company fundraising, M&A activities, developing strategic relationships, technology development, sales leadership, operations, customer service, as well as turning early-stage companies into market leaders. He has raised private equity capital, led entry into new products/areas, exercised full P&L and operational responsibility, and led merger/acquisition efforts.

Bob obtained his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Lehigh University and his MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business. He is currently the Managing Partner at bcc partners, llc and has served as the Business Mentor at Mentor Connect PHL and the Chief Operating Officer at ProgenyHealth, Inc. He has also held positions such as SVP Sales and Client Relations at Halfpenny Technologies, Executive-in-Residence at Novitas Capital (aka PA Early Stage Partners), Chief Operating Officer at Innovative Medical Research, Inc., and Regional President at NovaCare.
