Stephan Coridon is a sales and marketing strategist and consultant with over 20 years of industry experience. His goal is to help business leaders, teams, and sales personnel develop strong leadership and resilience skills to foster a healthy and sustainable business environment for growth. Coridon is passionate about resilience, and his life experiences have inspired his spiritual journey, which he incorporates into his teaching. He has helped over 15000 business professionals across 12 countries and continues to learn and grow. Coridon uses coaching, training, and consultancy to develop and enhance organizational resilience and leadership. He works with his clients to create a common language centered around resilience and implement effective habits. His programs include digital workshops, residential seminars, and follow-up coaching, sometimes as a part of a leadership program or on the initiative of an ExCom or a team leader. He is a certified coach with degrees from INSEAD, Coaching Ways France, and Université Paris Dauphine, among others. Coridon has worked with notable international companies like Airbus Industries, Air France/KLM, Axa Group, Hewlett-Packard, and Thales Group, among others.
