Throughout his career, he has held significant roles in sales, corporate development, operations, and leadership for publicly-traded companies, startups, and consulting firms. Shawn's expertise lies in tying together revenue, marketing, and operations, resulting in rapidly accelerated revenues and EBITDA.

Shawn has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing from California State University-Northridge. He is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Poached Jobs and has previously held roles such as Fractional CRO at MXM Advisors, CRO at BlueCrew, VP Corporate Development for NES Global Talent, Chief Sales Officer at ASGN Incorporated, among others.
