Anandha Ponnampalam is a forward-thinking and creative leader with extensive expertise in technology, climate change, sustainability, and clean tech. He has managed large senior teams across multiple fast-paced projects in various sectors, including investment banking, retail banking, and commodities. His fields of work include machine learning, artificial intelligence, Agile at Scale, and Lean software engineering, through which he delivers large, complex, globally distributed programs, despite tight budgets, time constraints, and fast-changing markets.

Anandha is passionate about creating a real and disruptive impact within businesses, easing the transformation of businesses digitally and increasing both productivity and revenue. Anandha holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and has also completed the Deep Learning Nanodegree Foundation in Artificial Intelligence at Udacity.
