Kat Parra is an experienced leader and team player with a unique blend of communication skills and equity lens of a former youth development professional, coupled with strategic and systems-based skills of an MBA. She graduated from Monroe College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Master of Business Administration in Analytics and Organizational Leadership from Mercy College. Throughout her career, Kat held various roles including Talent Operations and Volunteer Manager and Coordinator at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI), Program Director, Assistant Director, and Administrative Assistant at Mosholu Montefiore Community Center, Inc.

Kat's expertise lies in talent operations, volunteer management, program management, community development and outreach, non-profit management and organizational leadership, and analytics. As a professional, she is a skilled strategic planner, collaborator, communicator, and team leader. She is passionate about youth development, community empowerment, and equity.
