Adam Hsu is an accomplished organizational coach with a proven track record of enabling organizational and business agility. He is currently employed at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Enterprise Organizational Coach, where he focuses on creating emergent design and evolutionary change in pursuit of joint optimization of social systems and systems of work within the enterprise.

Adam's approach to coaching is grounded in the principles of Socio-Technical Systems theory. He is a Lean Kanban University (LKU) accredited instructor with proven experience teaching and coaching agility at all levels within an organization. He is also an expert in organizational change management and works closely with teams-of-teams at the enterprise scale.

As a collaborative partner and certified facilitator of Okaloa Flowlab simulations, Adam combines intuitive and rational learning experiences to deliver deep learning opportunities that transcend typical agile methodologies. His expertise in systems thinking allows him to gain a deep understanding of complex systems of work.

Adam is an Advanced Practitioner of the Team Diagnostics Survey (TDS), which is a well-validated instrument developed at Harvard. He administers the Six Conditions for Team Effectiveness, which diagnoses the strengths and weaknesses of teams based on the major conditions that foster team effectiveness.
