Nishma - Hamilton Health Sciences Singhal
Nishma is a highly motivated psychiatrist-in-training and clinician-scientist with a passion for exploring new perspectives and integrating the humanities into clinical practice. She has completed her residency in psychiatry from the University of Toronto and holds an M.D. from McMaster University. Her interests and expertise revolve around individual and societal level advocacy, diverse clinical interactions, patient empowerment, and medical research. Nishma has experience as a former design lead, media engagement task force lead, editorial team reviewer, and health committee chair. She has also worked as a former summer intern, teaching assistant and peer listener. Nishma's goal is to continue her growth through practical experience, service to patients, and contributing to medical research.
