Maria Trostina is a highly accomplished marketing executive with a diverse professional background spanning more than a decade. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov before pursuing a Master's degree in Advanced Marketing from the Netherlands Organization for International Cooperation in Higher Education. Trostina's career began at D.E. MASTER BLENDERS 1753 as an Assistant Marketing Manager, after which she worked her way up to become a Junior Brand Manager, Brand Manager House & BodyCare, and eventually Brand Manager Pickwick. She later served as a Senior Brand Manager at Confectionery Factory Udarnitsa and Nestle S.A, and lastly as Marketing Director at Confectionery Factory Confael. During her tenure at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, she served as the Head Executive of the department responsible for international projects.
