Richard de Vries
Richard de Vries is an experienced and highly skilled designer for innovation, with a strong focus on human-centered design. He specializes in interaction design, conversation design, usability, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, analytics, service design, conversion optimization, and design thinking. With a passion for solving complex problems for people, Richard has worked with a variety of organizations, including Philips, de Volksbank N.V., ANWB, Pivotus, and more. He holds a Licentiate degree in Aircraft Pilot, a BA in Interaction Design from Willem de Kooning academie/Hogeschool Rotterdam, and an OUWB from Ohio University.
Through his work, Richard has become an expert in conversation design for chatbots and voice assistants, and has a keen eye for optimizing user experiences for increased conversion rates. He has also worked extensively in service design, creating holistic experiences that improve people's lives. Richard is happiest in international environments where he can apply his design thinking skills to create solutions to challenging problems.
