Jeffrey Mueller
Jeffrey Mueller is an accomplished Air Force acquisition and agile professional with a wealth of experience in missile operations, test and evaluation, and program management. He holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration in Global Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
Throughout his career, Jeffrey has demonstrated a strong aptitude for agile methodologies, DevSecOps, systems engineering, and integration, test and evaluation, and coaching. He has held various leadership positions across different organizations, including serving as a Professor in Test, Systems Engineering and Agile Acquisition at Defense Acquisition University, Deputy Chair of the Engineering and Technology Department in the West Region at Defense Acquisition University, and Active Duty Military Officer in the United States Air Force.
In his previous roles, Jeffrey has functioned as Deputy Chief of the GPS OCX Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test IPT at Air Force Space Command, Chief of the GPS Next-Gen C2 Systems Integration, and Assistant Chief of the GPS Enterprise Integration Branch. Before that, he served as the Mission Test Director at Missile Defense Agency, a Test Engineer at Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, and Missile Combat Crewmember at Air Force Space Command.
