Roopa Shankar is a driven marketing professional based in the United States who has amassed extensive experience in product marketing, brand management, and community marketing across various industries. Roopa is a graduate of the prestigious Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where she studied Marketing, and she graduated as Valedictorian of Lynbrook High School. Roopa has worked at sweetgreen in various capacities, including as Senior Product Marketing Manager - Digital & Growth, National Brand Marketing Manager - Partnerships & Activations, and Regional Brand Marketing Manager - New York. Before that, she worked as a Brand Management Intern at Mondelēz International and as a Community Marketing Intern at sweetgreen. Roopa is also a former Co-Founder & Co-CEO of NOMsense Bakery, LLC, which she started while in college.
