Develop and implement systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, contact database management, and back office support. Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently.Use and maintain the Team Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards.  Develop and maintain all team filing systems (listings, contracts, legal, correspondences, etc.) and computer databases. Coordinate all marketing efforts including writing property descriptions, updating the MLS, taking property photos, and sending out post cards.  Serve as the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints.  Responsible for keeping the team leader informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled.  Responsible for, training, consulting, and holding accountable all lead-generation and administrative team members.

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close of sale and lease contract execution.Prepared and distributed daily sales reports to Community, District and Area Managers.Interact directly with prospective and current residents.Generate and handle traffic, lease apartments, qualify prospects and renew second generation leases to exceed company’s occupancy standards.Develop marketing strategies and materials for property listings; including listing and distributing information on third party sites, social media sites, and to local niche markets. Developed new and maintain existing client relationships with150 property owners. Obtained and maintain all licenses and permits for all owners and properties.Created marketing materials for property listings; includes photographing, listing information and distribution on third party realtor and social media sites, in addition to local niche sites/blogs. Accountable for the success of JHP at University of Delaware and Temple University. Recruited, interviewed, selected, and managed a team of twenty interns. Set the budget for events, hired part time assistants, and determined stipends for students. Coordinated and planned Spring Leadership and Lead Intern Retreat for 250+ students. Served as board liaison for the planning and running of two annual auctions raising approximately $450,000 for operational expenses, travel, and programs for JHP.Supervised and coordinated a multi-campus leadership retreat to Montreal, Canada with 40 interns. Developed and facilitated quarterly mentoring events for 75+ college students.
