Rohan Swar is a seasoned leader with a diverse professional background that spans across e-commerce, financial services, and engineering. With an MBA in Analytic Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, Swar is an adept strategist with a proven track record in product development and enhancing customer experience.

Swar initially studied Aerospace Engineering and Operations Research at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, followed by an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining Amazon, Swar worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One focusing on Business Banking Customer Strategy, and as a Research Engineer at Caterpillar.

At Amazon, Swar holds the position of Senior Product Manager for Amazon Pay, wherein he oversees the development and implementation of Amazon's digital wallet. He also previously served as the Senior Program Manager for Amazon Pay. Before joining Amazon, Swar held various engineering positions at Caterpillar and worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati.
