Dustin Turner is an experienced IT leader with over 20 years of expertise in building, maturing, and leading technology organizations. Turner was one of Adtegrity Inc.'s first five recruits, where he designed, built, modernized, and optimized their technology infrastructure from the ground up. He played a significant role in pivoting Adtegrity from an ad server to a customer-driven service provider that enabled them to minimize their IT footprint through organizational realignment, automation, virtualization, cloud services, and mobile development. As Chief Technology Officer at FINAO, Turner was responsible for creating the flagship product platform and mobile app for the world's leading brand and platform for enabling better people results in education, fitness, and other enterprise endeavors. Turner has experience establishing formal IT structures, processes, and practices while introducing network security strategy and efficiency improvements, including analytics tools and optimized platforms.

Turner studied Political Science and Government at Western Michigan University. He is currently the IT Director at Generate, using his background to drive company success through IT solutions and business transformation. Turner's strategies have resulted in significant cost savings and efficiency upgrades that have helped transform productivity and add considerable value to the enterprise.
