Reporting to the Site Director, I am responsible to assure production level in Scoppito Site in terms of quantity, quality, cost and customer service level.
I am responsible, moreover, to develop (and to assure execution of) plans to improve production KPIs  and site efficiency based on Lean and Six Sigma methodology.
Scoppito production is organized in 4 departments each focused in different technologies:
 - Solid forms manufacturing,
- Soft Gel Caps manufacturing,
- Blister Packaging,
- CHC manufacturing & Packaging.
Production staff is composed of about 150 UTC + temps (up to 50) according to production plans and includes machines maintenance (operators and supervisors).
As Industrial Technology/Development manager I lead a staff of 5 professionals taking care of:
- New Chemical entities Introduction,
- Product transfer,
- Technological support to other sites,
- Existing process improvement,
- Product development,
- Life Cycle Management.

Production & Industrial Technology manager

Responsible for Solid Packaging department and Antibiotic Packaging department in terms of production, line maintenance and all industrial KPI.
Packaging department is focused mainly on blister technology, with an international product portfolio (about 750 SKUs) and a wide production volume (about 350 Million blisters per year).
High level of automation (automated material handling and Electronic batch records) and
LEAN approach (SMED, 5S, autonomous team working) are widely applied.
Staff is composed of Shift supervisors, technicians, Operators (60 FTE+ up to 50 temps according to production schedule).

Solid manufacturing department produces about 4,5 billion tablet (about 50 formulations) Working with high level of automation and dust containment.

Manufacturing Manager

Responsible of Production Units (dispensing, manufacturing, packaging) in Pfizer’s Latina site (Currently Haupt Pharma) for:
 Solid production (main products Zoloft, Zithromax),
 Solid penicillin production and packaging,
 Diverse forms production and packaging (creams, ointments, suppositories, sterile
ointments).
