Gary has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Nike, Disney, Intel, and Uber, helping design actions for organizations to uphold their values, break down silos and improve teamwork, and produce mind-blowing conferences and presentations to instill memorable information.

In addition, he is a famous visual artist, street muralist, and creator of BOTJOY, which has become an innovative and impactful project that explores how art can make a difference. BOTJOY comprises thousands of painted robots that can be found all over the world, in random places, or gifted to hospitals and classrooms all over the globe. Gary's creative work with murals, whether in Dallas, Phoenix, or his hometown, Portland, has captured the attention of the art world.

Gary's lengthy educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Earlham College, as well as two Master's degrees, one in Arts Education and the other in Art Teacher Education, from Case Western Reserve University.
