Having held various leadership positions in multi-national corporations such as Bank of America, JP Morgan and Chase, GE Energy Management and Verizon, Lolitha has displayed exceptional abilities in managing multiple products and functions while making risk/reward tradeoffs.

With experience in wholesale banking, credit technologies, software engineering, and solutions, Lolitha is a highly skilled professional who possesses the ability to attract and develop high-performing teams while creating a strong focus and motivation for large, geographically distributed associates. Lolitha's educational qualifications include a BTech degree from CBIT, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI, and completion of the Leading Change Executive Leadership, Strategy and Transformation program from MIT Sloan School of Management.
