Courtney Schonfeld is a seasoned creative production and project manager with over 10 years of experience in the field. Her skill set boasts a proven track record of scaling new initiatives and streamlining complicated solutions. She presently holds the position of Senior Manager, Production & Audio at Berrett-Koehler Publishers, Inc., where she leads audiobook production. Courtney has a passion for traveling, hip hop, and collecting vintage books.

Courtney began her academic journey at UC Santa Barbara where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree while specializing in English, Victorian & Romantic Literature. She then went on to work at various organizations including MPA Design, Bibliopolis LLC, and The Daily Nexus. Before assuming her current role, she served as Design & Production Manager, Design & Production Associate, and Design & Production Assistant at Berrett-Koehler Publishers, Inc. She was also a Production Manager & Assistant Copy Chief and Television Columnist at The Daily Nexus, and an Executive Assistant & Support Specialist at Bibliopolis LLC. She also interned as a Publishing Intern/Literary Assistant at The Ken Blanchard Companies.
